When making online bookings could we please request that the handicap is entered as a FULL NUMBER (No decimal places) as there is currently a problem with the BRS booking system (nationwide) which will not accept an exact handicap. Hopefully this is a temporary matter which BRS have assured us, they are working hard to resolve.
